The guide arrived on time, was bilingual (Japanese & English), very personable & friendly. On the way to the Alcatraz Ticket gate, he made a brief stop at Lombard Street, which he clearly was not obligated to do, which was very much appreciated. In addition to being very knowledgeable about the history of the area, he provided very useful tips on how to get around the city (including transportation stops & train details) which helped us get back to our hotel very easily. All in all, a great value for our money.
