Fabulous morning adventure

My friends and I booked this tour at the beginning of August. Our tour guide was the lovely Yuuki. She was super friendly and sweet and it was so lovely chatting with her.
After signing some forms and running through how to steer the kayak we were off on our adventure. The sandbar is not too far away, and the water was pretty calm. It can get tiring if you aren't used to kayaking but we took short breaks as we needed and it was a fun way to reach the sandbar. Once we got to the shallows, Yuuki kindly pulled all 3 kayaks to the beach for us so we could enjoy the scenery, take some pics and maximise our time there. She also gave us lots of great info about the surroundings and some of her Miyakojima food recommendations. The sandbar and views were absolutely incredible, we wished we could stay there all day.
Definitely be sure to either lather up in sun cream or wear a rash guard and leggings, as being on the water you will burn quite quickly.
I definitely recommend this tour though. It's a great morning out and if all the tour guides are as awesome as Yuuki then it's sure to be a great time! I hope to visit Miyakojima again and do this tour again!
