Shuttle bus, boat and schedule were all on time. Staff explained everything in either Japanese, English or mandarin which is so important for non local travelers. My diving coach Gavin made sure we understood everything before diving. His explanation in English made so much difference to my first diving experience. Really appreciate having him as my diving coach this time! Boat captain was also attentive to adjust my snorkel goggle. My Japanese snorkel leader was attentive to bring me floating board when I’m in need.
Overall I feel this tour is so welcoming to all travellers which is amazing and a good surprise to me!
I will definitely be interested in joining their tours in the future again!
