Lunch buffet was awful.

The restaurant for a lunch was at a top of Kintamani where you can enjoy the beautiful view from your table so the view was great but the food was a disaster. There were so many flies all over the plate, cups and the food but staffs at the restaurant did not care at all as if it was a usual scene. We somehow managed to eat a bit but gave up after like 10 mins because of the flies. The food itself was a OK but it costed us 120,000 IDR each exclusive of tax charge. I would strongly suggest the agent not to use the restaurant anymore unless those flies were taken care of regardless of a lot of back margin the agent would get.
